Love it. Can we swap the hero photo for the harbour shot?
StudioDone, and I've added it to the notes so we don't lose it.

Message

Sound familiar?

  • The thread that split in three. Someone replied to an old email, someone else started a new one, and the latest brief is in neither.
  • “Where did you send that file?” It's in an email from March, a WhatsApp and a shared drive nobody can find.
  • Tools your clients won't use. Portals and Slack invites work for your team. Your clients just want to reply.

Built for people who work with clients

Freelancers

Look like a studio from day one.

Give each client a tidy place for their project instead of a dozen email threads. Everything you've agreed, sent and shared stays in one stream you can point back to.

Agencies and studios

Every project, one inbox.

Your whole team sees every client conversation in one place, and clients can bring their own colleagues in. No more “can you forward me that email?”

Service businesses

For consultants, coaches, bookkeepers and VAs.

If your work runs on back-and-forth with clients, Streams keeps it organised without asking them to learn another tool or remember another password.

How it works

  1. Start a project

Add a client and name the project. Streams emails them an invite, or gives you a link to send however you like.

  2. They click, they're in

No account to create and no password to forget. Their device stays signed in, and if they switch devices, a fresh link arrives by email.

  3. Talk, share, decide

Messages, files and shared notes live together in the project. Everyone gets one email when there's something new, not one for every message.

Everything a client project needs, nothing it doesn't

One stream per project

Each piece of work gets its own conversation, so nothing gets buried under something else.

Files where they were said

Attachments sit next to the message they came with, not lost somewhere in a downloads folder.

Shared notes

A running brief both sides can edit: decisions, links, next steps. Always the latest version.

Quiet notifications

One nudge per burst of messages, and none at all while someone already has the project open.

Teams on both sides

Your colleagues see every project. Clients can add theirs, and remove them when they move on.

Private by default

One-time sign-in links, remembered devices and files that only open for the right people.
